CIF Sports Program
(California Interscholastic Federation)

In order for your student to participate in this sport program they MUST, first, be enrolled in Christian L.I.F.E. Academy.

FALL SPORTS:

Practice begins mid-August
Last dates of non-playoff contest - early to mid-November (depending on sport)

  • Football/Tackle
  • Girls Volleyball
  • Cross Country
   

WINTER SPORTS:

Practice begins mid- November
Last date of non-playoff contest - mid-February

  • Girls Basketball
  • Boys Basketball
   

SPRING SPORTS:

Practice begins mid-February
Last date of non-playoff contest - mid- May

  • Baseball
  • Swimming

Other sports may be fielded. They will be considered according to interest. Contact us with your interests.

COST OF EACH SPORT SEASON:

  • $300 due upon registration

SPORT PROGRAM REGISTRATION:

1. Be sure school enrollment is complete. All forms and fees must have been received and the school must acknowledge your enrollment is complete. Sport registration will not be accepted if athlete is not enrolled in Christian LIFE Academy.

2. CIF Transfer Eligibility rules may apply. This should be evaluated far before the season begins so your athlete will not lose any practice or play time. Check the Transfer Eligibility Rules on CIF’s website.

The following forms are required from any transferring high school student. Incoming freshman are not required to complete these forms.

3. Six weeks before a sport is to begin practice send in the Sport Registration form with fees.

4. Your registration will be acknowledged.

5. You must have a doctor sign off on your athlete’s physical condition using the form noted below prior to beginning practice, so make your appointment now!

6. Before your athlete will be allowed to begin practice all of the required CIF paperwork must be turned in/received and acknowledged. No fee/forms – No practice!

PLEASE NOTE: Practice and games are usually located in the San Diego and North County areas. We do try to keep them as centrally located as possible.
