How Long Have We Been In Business?

We have operated our record keeping service since 1992, with a Private School Affidavit on file with the California State Department of Education each year. We are listed in the California Private School Directory. We are a Support Network Member of Christian Home Educators Association of California. CLA works closely with San Diego Christian Family Schools, a support group system for private home schooling families in San Diego County.

Our Philosophy:

We believe the Lord has charged parents with the responsibility of instructing their children (Deut. 6:6-9, Prov. 22:6, Eph 6:4).

Our Purpose:

CLA was established to help families who have chosen to heed God's Word in the form of home education.

Our record keeping service was specifically designed for families that:

• Do not feel the necessity of direct oversight to meet the educational goals they have established for the instruction and training of their children.
• Are looking for an accountability system that will keep them "on track" with their record keeping.
• Desire the umbrella covering of an established private Christian school.
• Desire help ensuring all legal requirements are being met.
